Ipswich Town Community Trust has recently been relaunched with the aim of reconnecting with the community and bringing enthusiasm to a new generation of fans. A high priority for the club was ensuring that they had a reliable and suitable booking system in place, and we are proud to be able to provide our services towards such a great cause.
We are providing our solution for various events including training sessions, Games Day registrations and half term camps with the goal of reducing administration for the Trust and making the start-up process easier. A number of the Trust’s new team have existing experience using the Participant system meaning they are able to roll out the platform much easier for Ipswich Town Community Trust.
The Trust has benefitted from a branded registration page, enabling a seamless transition between their website and Participant. This creates a better user-experience as well as ensuring that the registration page reflects the branding requirements of Ipswich Town Community Trust.
The booking page enables the Trust to capture the relevant registration data from their customers according to the questions asked on the form. They will then have access to a comprehensive register of attendees to their events which they can provide to the relevant coaches for check-in. This makes for easy registration tracking and improves the Trust’s ability to communicate with their participants.
